Step 1
Book Your Appointment
Get in touch with us to schedule your appointment for our upcoming trunk show. A member of our team will get back to you promptly with further details.
Step 2
Meet & Select Fabrics
We kindly request all attendees to wear formal attire to the appointment. We will present a curated range of fabric options, and custom styles for you to select.
Step 3
Measurements
Once your measurements are taken, a 50% deposit will be collected. We accept payments by cash or credit card, with the remaining balance due before shipment.
Step 4
Production
Our master tailors at Der Herr, hand-craft your garments at our workshop in Bangkok, Thailand.
Step 5
Packing & Shipping to your Address
All shipments include door-to-door service, inclusive of taxes and customs. The standard shipping process takes 4-7 weeks. We also offer expedited and rush orders; however, this must be communicated to us in advance via email or at the time of order.
Individual or Group Appointment
Appointments can be scheduled individually, with family, or in groups. Our hosting locations are strategically placed in main attraction areas of the city/state for easy navigation. Alternatively, we offer private setups at your convenience, be it your office or home.
For group appointments of 3 or more people in a nearby city, reach out to us, and we may be able to arrange a visit to your city!
Kindly note: For appointments exclusively for shirts, a minimum order of 6 shirts is required.
